These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Viktech Software Solutions ("Viktech", "we", "us") website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Viktech provides custom software development services, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native), SEO, lead generation, and CRM development. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or contract agreed to by both parties.
2. Quotes & Payment
- Project quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time and may be revised if requirements change.
- Payment terms (deposits, milestones, final payment) are set out in the project agreement.
- Late payments may result in paused work until accounts are brought current.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final, delivered work product transfers to the client, except for any third-party libraries, tools, or pre-existing Viktech assets, which remain licensed for use in the delivered project. Viktech retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, access, and materials (content, credentials, brand assets) needed to complete the project. Delays caused by late client input may affect delivery timelines.
5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Viktech will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver quality, functional software, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viktech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered software or website.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during the course of an engagement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Work completed up to the point of termination will be billed accordingly.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Viktech Software Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
